ABSTRACT

The creation of Apeverse, a multi-language information hub, is aimed at streamlining the dissemination of information and promoting community engagement within the rapidly expanding Ape ecosystem. As the Ape community continues to grow, there is a growing need for a platform that offers readily accessible information on the latest developments, data, and activities within the ecosystem.

Beyond serving as an information resource, Apeverse also functions as a platform where community members can interact and collaborate, thereby fostering a sense of unity and facilitating growth. It keeps track of dynamic changes relating to Apecoin and Ape-associated NFTs, and provides data analysis to illustrate the ecosystem’s progress, thereby enhancing transparency and accountability within the community.

Apeverse surpasses language barriers to become an essential hub for information delivery, given the rich array of information the Ape community encounters daily but lacks a singular space to consolidate it efficiently. Therefore, Apeverse is seen as a key resource for the community, facilitating greater inclusivity and communication efficiency within the diverse global Ape ecosystem.

ABSTRACT

This proposal aims to expand the ApeCoin DAO ecosystem through the creation of an animated series pilot and three spin-off comic books, featuring characters owned by ApeCoin DAO holders. We envision a gritty, action-packed, and comedic, anime-inspired adaptation of the American Ape comic book series that prominently features ApeCoin as the primary currency of the Metaverse, reaching beyond the echo chamber of “Crypto Twitter” that is primed to be pitched directly to international streamers via our producing team’s existing development, production and distribution pipelines.

This proposal, entitled the “Exploring New Frontiers: Bring ApeCoin ($Ape) into the Mobile Gaming World,” also known as AIP-xxx brings the utilities and values of ApeCoin to thousands of new holders through its integration into the Meta Merge game – a pet collection and mobile evolution game powered by AIGC and Ultiverse.

By integrating ApeCoin into the game, $Ape becomes another in-game asset in Meta Merge for new holders and game players to enjoy gamified experiences based on real-world utility. The goal of this proposal is to help establish the ApeCoin DAO Marketing and Communications Working Group. The Marketing and Communications Working Group’s mandate is to:

ABSTRACT

The DAO relies on two main systems that dictate and govern the entire DAO. Snapshot & Discourse. However, newcomers to the DAO may not be familiar with these systems, and the lack of instructional material available to them, such as video content, infographics, or live training, can lead to confusion, inactivity, and low participation (the ApeCoin DAO may be their first ever interaction with a DAO). This leaves new DAO members on their own to find their way around. This AIP aims to provide a central, easy to understand source of information for new members to use as a reference. Getting new members of the DAO up to speed and answering basic questions on day one will benefit the DAO across the board.

As a member of the Ape community, you’re part of one of the strongest communities in Web3. However, despite the wealth of talent and opportunity within the community, it can be difficult for members to connect and collaborate effectively without the right tools. That’s why ApeTalent was born - one of the first software products developed from scratch by and supported by the ApeCoin community. With ApeTalent, we’re taking collaboration and communication within the community to the next level, creating a hub for talent and opportunity that will benefit all members of the ApeCoin ecosystem.

OVERALL COST

We are committed to delivering value to the community as soon as possible. In order to achieve this, we have divided the work into 3 blocks of 4 months each, for a total of 1 year of work. The funding request is $330,000 USD worth of ApeCoin (on the date of this AIP is approved), which will be divided into payments for each block of work completed ($110,000 each).

We will only receive the next payment for block once we have confirmed with the Foundation that the work for the current block is ready in production, as agreed upon in this AIP, starting the first payment once this proposal is accepted. This payment schedule ensures that we are held accountable for delivering the agreed-upon features in a timely manner and that our community can have confidence in our commitment to providing value.

The funds obtained in this AIP will provide us with enough help to finance the development, bug fixing and maintenance costs of these new features in the time window of a year since the feature is ready in production.

ABSTRACT

The proposal presents the idea that NFTCG Generation 2 will feature Bored Ape Yacht Club as the pilot collection that introduces PBTs (Physically Backed Tokens) under the EIP-5791 contract, in the form of a physical and digital collectable trading card game. Each physical trading card will contain an immutable private key that ties itself to a token on the Ethereum blockchain. This not only allows for immediate authentication of every physical trading card, but also allows for future on-chain interaction in order to play NFTCG within the Otherside. In doing so, BAYC is able to leverage the mainstream trading card market as the gateway into the BAYC community, while simultaneously pushing forward the first macro implementation of PBT technology within the Web 3.0 and IOT space.


Each booster pack in this pilot collection is exclusively purchasable in $APE, pushing forward further exposure and adoption of the token. 5% of revenue generated from NFTCG Generation 2 “Going Bananas” and ALL FUTURE Yuga Labs related collections will be donated towards endeavors that are to benefit the Ape DAO as a whole. These endeavors are to be decided based on Ape DAO participation and community thought. Suggestions include an agreement to redistribute the donation back to the ApeCoin DAO community directly, burn the $APE, or donate it to a charity of the community’s choice. This is in an effort to give back to the $APE DAO and thank the community for their efforts.

ABSTRACT

The ApeCoin DAO is built on the fundamental goal of enabling Yugaverse and ApeCoin holders with value. To date, the focus has been enabling marketplaces, communications, IRL events/education, and physical assets. We believe a DEX can be the next big thing. ApeCoin itself is trading on most major CEXs and DEXs (centralized exchanges and decentralized exchanges). There are a wide range of fees charged by these exchanges associated with opening and closing positions, and conducting swaps. Our vision is to create an ApeCoin DAO decentralized exchange (DEX) to benefit ApeCoin holders. The ApeCoin DAO DEX will enable the decentralized exchange of ERC-20 tokens supported by multi-asset pools that earn liquidity providers fees from market making and swap fees. We expect to help create the lowest possible trading fees available in all of DeFI for $APE holders, stakers, and buyers. Our core contract functionality will include rewarding LP providers in $APE, thus creating an important use-case around utility for $APE and activating significant deflationary pressure on the token. The impact should be greater utility, engagement, and value for our DAO.

This proposal presents a platform powered by ApeCoin that empowers community members on Otherdeed islands to form and manage as DAOs. The main feature of the platform is a set of tools that enable community members to easily build, connect, and interact with one another as they manage their islands together.

Through the platform, community members can find statistics and information on their desired islands. The platform also serves as a marketplace/aggregator that facilitates the process of finding and becoming a part of an island with other community members who share the same interests and goals.
